MISSION: Homemade Marshmallows
Guidelines:
Ingredients:
Challenge: Boil sugar, corn syrup, and salt AAHH (be very careful)
Marshmallow paste: Surprisingly thick and sticky!
Result ^^^: Not too gorgeous (I put in too much gelatin and corn syrup I think...)
But after some cutting and dusting, not too shabby:
